The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a successful team in Dereham, Norfolk.
You will deal with a broad range of work, which will include: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and voluntary registrations. The firm has a strong support network of legal assistants and paralegals on hand to assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with 1+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE; applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
* Experience in managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is an advantage, but is not essential
* You should have first-class communication skills and be able to build client relationships
* Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
