Job role: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Pay rate: DOE + commission + benefits
Position: permanent
Location: Nottingham City Centre (hybrid-working)
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday

What will the role involve?
* Account management and solidifying client relationships
* Lead generation and new business activity
* Attending client meetings both in person and virtually
* Adhering to Employment Law and internal best practice processes
* Onboarding new clients and candidates
* Negotiating fees and terms of business
* Writing engaging adverts and candidate attraction strategies
* Working to targets and KPIs
* Updating and maintaining the integrity of the CRM database
Who are we looking for?
* We don’t micro-manage here! You will need the drive and discipline required to "run your own desk"
* Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
* Superior relationship builder with a natural ability to build trust-based relationships
* Accomplished level of literacy with experience in advert writing and candidate attraction campaigns
* Active user of LinkedIn and other candidate/client networking tools
* Sales focused with proven track record of growing market share
* Recruitment industry experience essential
