Job Description
At Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Concrete to cover the Midlands regions. This is a market specialist role that will take a strategic position with our Concrete customer accounts, you will grow the existing business within UK through visiting existing and potential customers and building relationships at all levels.
This role will also be including pursuing and managing the development of value adding products within the strategic plan of the customers and Construction Chemicals UKI.
The role is home-based, but extensive travel across the Midland regions would be required.
What we’re looking for
* Minimum of 5 years’ technical sales experience within concrete or closely related industries/product ranges
* Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities to deliver value
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal functions such as marketing, technical service, and product management
* Professional approach with excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels
