Nursery Practitioner | Level 3 Early Years | Up to £29,000 | 40 Hours per Week

What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 childcare or early years qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding best practices
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient, and creative approach, with a passion for outdoor learning and child development
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain), paediatric first aid, and safeguarding training desirable

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and age-appropriate activities—indoors and outdoors
* Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development through play-based learning
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Build warm, professional relationships with parents and carers, sharing progress and supporting family engagement
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are met at all times
