Deskside Engineer (TESCO) – Zensar Technologies
Join us as a Deskside Engineer to support Microsoft Office 365 migrations, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for clients at TESCO. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and optimal performance of Office 365 and related collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and manage large‑scale Office 365 migrations for clients of all sizes.
* Conduct assessments and provide implementation consulting for Office 365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
* Create and manage SharePoint sites, including data migration and site architecture.
* Develop and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts, including PowerShell Workflow and PowerShell ISE for automation.
* Implement and migrate email security solutions such as Proofpoint.
* Work with stakeholders to keep client policies and configurations up‑to‑date and implement changes as needed.
* Coordinate with Unified Communications and Directory Services teams for integrated solutions.
* Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and high‑level/low‑level design documents for O365 environments.
* Apply identity management solutions using Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure AD, and related tools.
Must‑Have Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
* Experienced in Office 365, Hybrid Exchange, and M365 license optimization.
* Proficient with migration tools such as Quest, Sharegate, etc.
* Deep understanding of Office 365 platform and Microsoft collaboration stack.
* Strong knowledge of identity management solutions (Azure AD Connect, AD FS, etc.).
* Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
* Excellent communication, organization, and writing skills.
* Certifications in Microsoft 365, Mobility & Security, and related areas.
* Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
* ITIL v3 knowledge.
* Experience designing and implementing automation scripts.
