THIS IS A FULLY-FLEXIBLE ROLE
What you’ll be doing:
1. Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
2. Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
3. Maintain a neat and tidy stock room and restock products from deliveries.
4. Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products.
5. Build knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations.

As a Customer Advisor in an Argos store inside Sainsbury’s, you’ll deliver outstanding service for customers shopping or collecting online orders, providing convenience, choice, and value across a wide range of products.

* Most roles are part-time with shifts including weekdays and weekends, scheduled around your availability, which may vary weekly.
