We're looking for an Office Manager to join our team based in St Neots, Cambridge. Responsibilities
* Processing materials, overheads and plant orders as required.
* Providing administrative support across all project areas, including managing office consumables and services.
* Maintaining compliance with client procurement processes and budgets.
* Resolving invoice holds by liaising with site teams and accounts payable.
* Conducting internal cost control checks and preparing ad-hoc supplier payment requests.
Qualifications
* Have experience working at a senior administrative level.
* Feel confident using Microsoft Office and computerised accounting systems.
* Are able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Enjoy collaborating as part of a supportive team.
* Take a proactive approach and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Employment Details
Hours: Permanent Fulltime, 40 hours per week. Some flexibility on hours available if desired. Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per year + excellent benefits.
