Job Description
Working as part of a cohesive team that will provide support across a brand-new purpose-built distribution centre. The Site Services Assistant (a handy person-style role) will undertake planned and unplanned maintenance.
What you\'ll do:
* Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, and routine checks
* Fault find, repair, and support a 24/7 call-out service
* Assist with contractor management and accurate service records
* Support maintenance and installation of conveyor systems and equipment
* Undertake additional works as required in a multi-temperature food storage environment
The Successful Applicant
A reliable and adaptable Site Services Assistant, suited to a practical handy person, with a good foundation in electrical work, supporting the smooth running of a busy, multi-temperature warehouse. Practical, safety-minded, and proactive in day-to-day tasks, with a focus on keeping operations efficient and well maintained.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Proven track record of delivering results
* Experience in production/warehouse environments
* Knowledge of Planned Preventative Maintenance systems
* Experience working in building maintenance
