Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated individual looking to support children’s learning in Primary schools in the BS13 area of Bristol? Teaching Personnel is seeking Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join vibrant local schools from September 2025.
The Role:
Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons across all Primary year groups (EYFS to Year 6).
Assist with managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, inclusive environment.
Help with pupils’ social and emotional development and wellbeing.
Support small groups or individual pupils with their learning and tasks.
Assist with general classroom organisation and preparation.
Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and pupils to ensure a smooth learning experience.
You Are:
Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
Comfortable working with children of different ages and abilities.
Able to follow instructions and adapt quickly to different classroom needs.
Skilled at building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
Flexible and available for full-time or part-time work, including short-notice cover.
DBS cleared with the Child Workforce Update Service (or willing to apply).
