This market leader now seeks to recruit a Customer Operations Manager to support their recent rapid growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Building and nurturing the relationships with key customers within the medical imaging equipment department.
* Providing excellent customer care, with a view to contract retention and growth.
* Building an extensive knowledge of customer service needs.
Your Background - Customer Operations Manager, Medical Imaging Systems
To apply, you should be able to demonstrate one of the following:
* A background working as a medical imaging field service manager or a radiology manager with a clinical background.
* A background in a medical or biomedical engineer role.
* Experience working with MRI, CT or x-ray systems.
* Experience in account management, business development or customer management.
