An excellent opportunity has recently become available Assistant Asset Manager to join the industrial team, working on there North West Portfolio, this represents an excellent opportunity for a ambitious individual with career aspirations to join an a fast paced property company with assistance to develop your career.
Duties will involve:
Assisting the Asset Managers, with leasing enquires through to agreeing Head of Terms as deal
orientated individual.
Will gain great working knowledge of creative deal making, L&T matters i.e. Assignments, Underletting's, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Dilapidations etc.
Must be a Proactive and creative in finding solutions that achieve deals, to maximise
Developed to take ownership of all areas of their asset.
Assist in deliver refurbishments, redevelopment and take full ownership for capital expenditure.
The applicant must have:
Relevant Degree, with a minimum 12 months of commercial property and/or sales property experience.
An outgoing personality with a can do attitude.
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong IT skills.
A full driving license.
