As Senior Sous Chef youll work closely with the Head Chef to bring our bold Japanese-Peruvian fusion menu to life, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every dish. Experience in high-end, fast-paced environments and a passion for Asian or Nikkei cuisine is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef:
Support the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service during high-volume shifts.
Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency, efficiency, and high culinary standards.
Uphold and enforce strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
Assist in menu development, contributing to the evolution of our Japanese-Peruvian fusion offerings.
Monitor stock levels, control costs, and ensure accurate ordering and waste management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, high-end kitchen environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire, and manage a diverse kitchen team.
In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen best practices.
Passion for Asian cuisine experience with Japanese, Peruvian, or fusion styles is a strong advantage.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage stock, costs, and kitchen operations efficiently.
