Finance and Accounting Manager –£50,000-£60,000– Yeadon, West Yorkshire The Role

We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations of MMM UK. You will be responsible for managing the accounts team, ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning UK financial operations with our parent company, MMM GmbH.

Financial Strategy: Develop financial plans to support business growth.
Risk Management, Identify and mitigate financial risks
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee transactions and ensure timely payments.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax compliance.
Financial Reporting: Provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounts team, ensuring high performance.
Ensure adherence to UK financial laws and company policies.
Collaboration with MMM GmbH: Align financial strategies and reporting with the parent company.
Identify and implement efficiencies in financial operations.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years in financial management and accounting, preferably within a £10M+ turnover business.
Accounting knowledge, deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Problem solving skills, ability to identify and solve financial problems.
