We're supporting a growing knitwear wholesale business that has recently relocated to Wetherby.
This is a hands-on, varied role at the heart of a small, busy operation. If you enjoy ownership, problem-solving, and working in a close-knit team where no two days look the same, this could be a great next step.
What you'll be doing: You'll help keep the business running smoothly across wholesale and retail operations, including:
Processing customer orders & raising invoices
Managing the order journey from order → dispatch → invoice
Handling customer queries via phone & email
Maintaining accurate records & databases
Supporting stock control & warehouse coordination
Assisting with returns, logistics & general admin
What We're Looking For:
Experience in order processing, admin, customer service, or logistics
Confident using ERP/order systems (Sage, ShipStation, etc.)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Confident communicator (phone & email)
The business operates seasonally, so the ability to stay organised during peak periods is essential.
