6. Engineering & technical roles — mechanical, electrical and civil engineering, project engineering, environmental roles and project management focused on improving infrastructure and sustainability.
7. Customer & business support — customer service, claims, scheduling, coordination and other office-based opportunities.
8. Digital & data roles — IT, digital transformation, data analysis, systems and business improvement.
9. Early careers pathways — apprenticeships, graduate programmes, internships and entry-level roles across the organisation.
