The PSE will assist the Professional Services Manager in managing our Technical Helpdesk and ensure smooth operations during absences. This role involves overseeing technical projects, providing ongoing client support, and handling escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: Support the PSM in implementing new processes for the Professional Services Team. Manage technical work like system migrations, upgrades, and remote support. Develop project plans, coordinate with teams, and mitigate risks. Customize solutions to fit client needs, including scripting and software development. Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues. Provide technical support for commercial and aftercare teams.
