Senior Business Analyst - Leeds (hybrid) Permanent Salary: Dependant on experience We’re partnering with a leading organisation that’s driving significant transformation across its business and technology landscape. They’re looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join their team and help deliver meaningful change across multiple business areas. The Opportunity As a Snr Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including architects, engineers, developers, UX designers, QA, and end users to ensure every solution is well understood, fit for purpose, and delivers measurable value. Key responsibilities Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels using strong emotional intelligence and communication skills Collaborate across teams to align goals, priorities, and outcomes Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions both online and in person Use a range of Business Analysis tools and techniques to produce clear, high-quality outputs Support the full lifecycle of business change from readiness assessment and transition planning through to training and adoption Promote best-practice Agile analysis and continuous improvement within multi-disciplinary teams Apply commercial awareness to ensure delivery adds tangible value What we’re looking for We’re keen to speak with BAs who combine analytical strength with strong people skills.
