Supervisors need to have their Food Hygiene Level 2 and 3 certifications, be COSHH trained, and hold a First Aid at Work qualification.

Key responsibilities...
* Maintain the appearance and food safety standards of the complex.
* Provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure their needs are met.
* Collaborate with the Complex Manager to manage labour costs and ensure seamless service.
* Effectively use ordering systems to keep stock levels optimal.
* Manage cash and payment systems accurately.
* Ensure safety in your area and across the park through our safety culture app.
* Monitor food and beverage stock levels to maintain accuracy and profitability.
* Partner with the Complex Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members who deliver exceptional customer service.
