Cover Supervisor- Flexible Hours- B95- ASAP Start
We are seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work on a flexible basis at a well-regarded secondary school in the B95 area of Henley-in-Arden. This role is ideal for individuals looking for adaptable work within education.
The Role:
* Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher
* Deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils remain on task
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson
* Support a positive and productive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based experience desirable)
* Previous experience working as a cover supervisor or similar position is ideal
* Is confident managing classroom behaviour
* Is flexible, adaptable, and reliable
* Has strong communication and organisational skills
* Graduates, aspiring teachers, and experienced cover supervisors are encouraged to apply
