Due to growth the business is now seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join the team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The Role As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone for any administrative support. You'll work closely with senior management, support client-facing teams, and help foster a positive and professional workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and scheduling Provide administrative support to senior staff, including diary management and meeting coordination Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Organise and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Assist with onboarding of new employees and coordinating HR documentation Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in an office administration or administrative support role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) A professional, positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
