Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to join a busy and growing recruitment consultancy?
You will be joining our team as a Delivery / Trainee Recruitment Consultant within an established market. 80% of your time will be spent on the phone talking to candidates to better understand their careers objectives and presenting suitable opportunities with them.
DAY TO DAY:
1. Contacting and screening potential and existing candidates over the phone, responding to email queries, website updates
2. Speaking with clients over the phone and email
3. Writing and managing advert copy, managing internal reports and applicant flow
4. Database updates and supporting administration
5. Using social media to interact with both candidates and clients

10. Experience of recruitment or sales would be an advantage but not essential
