Responsibilities
* Work with a team of Recruitment Consultants providing mentorship.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Develop recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed targets.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best candidate fit.
* Manage and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
* Provide market insights and advice to clients to enhance their recruitment strategy.
* Prepare and present reports on team performance and client satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Results‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.
