My client, an established UK-based security risk consultancy, is seeking a Travel Risk Manager to help deliver world-class travel safety solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients operating across high-risk and complex environments. With a strong reputation for protecting people, assets, and reputations worldwide, the organisation is committed to delivering proactive, technology-driven risk management in an ever-evolving global landscape.
This is a high-impact role for a skilled professional who can bridge operational delivery with strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of travel risk management services aligned with ISO 31030 standards
* Be the go-to expert for global clients, managing key relationships and ensuring top-tier service delivery
* Assess travel risks, coordinate emergency response efforts, and develop proactive safety strategies
* Support crisis management operations and deliver real-time intelligence to leadership during critical events
* Oversee technology platforms used to track travel risks and manage client onboarding
* Conduct product demos, troubleshoot platform issues, and help drive technical innovation in the risk space
Essential Skills and Experience:
* 5+ years in travel risk, corporate security, or crisis response
* Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, International Relations, or related field
* Deep knowledge of global travel threats and security best practices
* Experience with risk intelligence and travel tracking platforms
* Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
* Calm, clear-headed approach in high-pressure scenarios
