Working for this well-established, innovative and progressive company, the Customer Success Administrator will work as part of a small team to provide responsive support to the Sales and Customer Success teams and their client accounts.
The Customer Success Administrator will work Monday to Friday 9am-530pm – hybrid working is available following the training period.

* Support the Customer Success and Sales teams to provide administrative and general day-to-day assistance
* Dealing with enquires
* Progress law firm case updates
* Support in the onboarding and progressing of suppliers
* Recognise incomplete or inaccurate records, correct them, and reinforce data hygiene standards to strengthen reporting and decision-making.
* Use MS Office tools confidently and appropriately for daily tasks.
* Manage time effectively and prioritises workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
* Take ownership of queries through to resolution with internal and external stakeholders
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Understands the sales administration function, including processes for supporting internal sales teams and external clients.
* Understands the onboarding journey for suppliers.
* Has knowledge of the conveyancing process and the sales progression cycle from instruction through to completion.
* Understands how to support and communicate with stakeholders and internal departments.
* Is familiar with using CRM platforms, company websites and reporting tools (MI).
* They understand how customer records flow through HubSpot, how data is structured, and how lifecycle stages support onboarding, adoption and retention.
* They know how to create, update and manage data fields, properties, timelines and associations to ensure partners have a reliable, complete profile.
