Senior Client Support Manager (Finance) - Milton Keynes - GBP30k - GBP45k per annum plus benefits
Our client is an extremely well-established company specialising within the financial sector; due to continued growth and success they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Client Support Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for fulfilling key service requirements for a portfolio of clients and new clients as appropriate.
* Ensure client satisfaction is kept to a high level at all times.
* Prepare required documentation for client review meetings
* Chase client providers for relevant information and update clients to the progress
* Monitor progress and update clients and client team manager on transfers/payments in or out
* Complete client fund switches, monitor and check them following the action taking place
* Utilise client ISA allowances where appropriate/agreed
Skills and Experience
* Experience within the financial sector is essential
* Ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and help identify their needs
* Clear, accurate and concise verbal and written communication
* Ability to work on own initiative and meet targets
