Experienced Catering assistant needed for Bournville
We’re looking for experienced Catering Assistant / Counter Staff to join our team on a temporary basis, with opportunities to work with our long standing client in Longbridge / Bournville area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and serving customers with warmth and professionalism
2. Operating tills and handling payments accurately
3. Preparing and presenting food and beverages to a high standard
4. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across counters and service areas
5. Assisting with food preparation and wash up duties
6. Supporting team members during busy shifts
7. Following health and safety and food hygiene regulations
What You’ll Need:
8. Previous experience in hospitality or counter service (essential)
9. Strong communication and customer service skills
10. Ability to adapt quickly to different venues and team environments
11. A proactive attitude and attention to detail
12. Flexibility to work Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
13. Enh. DBS or willing to go through process
