Job Title: Receptionist (Ad Hoc Cover)
Location: Uxbridge
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Receptionist to provide ad hoc front-of-house cover for a client based in Uxbridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is looking for flexible work, with the potential for ongoing assignments.
Important Location Information:
The role is approximately a 20-minute journey from the nearest station. Candidates must be within a 45-minute commute of Uxbridge and be willing to either drive or travel via bus to reach the site.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 5:30pmDates Required:
9th June
30th June to 15th July
There is also the potential for further bookings after these dates.Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff
Managing a busy reception desk in a professional and welcoming manner
Answering and directing incoming calls
Managing emails and carrying out general administrative tasks
Ensuring the reception area remains clean, organised, and presentable at all timesThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous reception or front-of-house experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
Able to commute to Uxbridge within 45 minutesWhat We Offer:
