Force Recruitment is seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to support construction projects in the Ipswich area, ensuring works are accurately positioned according to engineering drawings and site plans.
Key Responsibilities

Setting out foundations, drainage, roads, and structural elements using surveying equipment.
*
Operating Total Stations, GPS, and automatic levels to ensure precise measurements.
*
Checking and verifying work to meet design tolerances.
*
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
*
Liaising with site managers, subcontractors, and groundworkers for smooth project delivery.
*
Maintaining accurate site surveys and as-built records.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer in construction or civil engineering.
*
Competence with surveying equipment and techniques.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
Must have NG Persons ticket
