We are looking for a dedicated and experienced GCSE Maths Teacher to join their passionate team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the GCSE Maths curriculum and the ability to adapt their teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners with SEMH needs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to GCSE level Differentiate learning to support pupils with varied abilities and needs Create a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Use positive behaviour management strategies to support emotional regulation and engagement Work collaboratively with support staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for every pupil Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) Proven experience teaching Maths to GCSE standard (essential) Experience working with SEMH students and behaviours that challenge (essential) Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills A commitment to inclusive education and trauma-informed practice Why Join Us?
