JOB DETAILS- £350-£390 PER DAY- INSIDE IR35- 6-MONTH CONTRACT- 2 DAYS ON-SITE PER WEEK IN EXETER- ACTIVE BPSS CLEARANCE REQUIREDSKILLS- Extensive experience working in HR Data Governance projects.- Strong skills in developing Power BI people analytics dashboards.- Experience in iTrent.- Understanding of Data Quality processes.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the implementation and embedding of additional iTrent functionality.- Improve Data Quality within systems to enhance decision-making and reduce manual processes.- Take a leading role in HR elements of digital transformation programmes.- Support transition of HR systems to cloud-based technologies.- Lead activity relating to HR Data Governance and drive development of people analytics dashboards using iTrent DataMart.
