Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors, including preparing correspondence and legal documents, managing emails, and maintaining accurate filing systems
* Organise and manage a busy appointments diary
* Ensure all case files are well-structured, up to date, and easily accessible
* Deliver excellent client service by handling enquiries professionally and providing timely updates to clients and agents
The Ideal Person
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within Family law, litigation and Criminal but any experience is considered
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
