Job Description
As IFA Administrator, you will provide administration support for advisers, paraplanners and wider team. Day to day, your role will include:
3. Processing new business
4. Producing and sending the client annual review packs by obtaining valuations, performance information and charges disclosures
5. Uploading client data and maintaining the back-office system ie. from work produced, statements and fact finds
6. Matching commission payments in the back-office system
7. Pensions administration for various group schemes and providing quotes for the group risk renewals
8. Dealing with incoming queries from clients
9. Arranging client meetings for advisers
10. Maintaining Investment Risk Questionnaires with the system
11. Adhering to FCA conduct rules
The Successful Applicant
For this IFA Administrator role, you must have:
12. A solid academic background ideally to degree, and a business related degree which stand out - Business, Maths, Economics, Accounting or Finance
13. Experience in administration would be desirable ideally within financial services
14. Strong time management skills
15. Excellent attention to detail
16. Willingness to learn and develop in a financial services firm
17. Excellent communication skills
