Be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop when the Manager isn't present, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service across all channels including in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru.
Typical responsibilities during a shift include:
1. Inspiring the team to achieve great results and uphold high standards
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Maintaining fully stocked displays with a variety of options
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

About You
You should be reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and have a passion for exceptional customer service. Support for an inclusive culture is essential.
