What You Will Do
* Lead the development and implementation of an internal communications strategy that aligns with organisational objectives and enhances employee engagement.
* Create and deliver compelling messages across various internal channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s values.
* Develop effective leadership communication materials, including scripts, talking points, and presentations, to support visibility and impact.
* Plan and coordinate key departmental events such as Town Halls and Learning Sessions, ensuring teams remain informed and connected.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including HR, IT, and senior leaders, to align messaging and support cohesive storytelling.
* Manage supplier communication alignment, including refreshing distribution lists and delivering key messages to suppliers.
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in internal communications with a track record of delivering successful engagement strategies.
* Strong skills in creating and managing communication channels, including SharePoint, Teams, and Yammer.
* Excellent event planning and delivery experience, with the ability to execute high‑quality departmental events.
* Experience of delivering a communication and events plan from formation to execution.
* Proficiency in Microsoft programmes such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, alongside the ability to create engaging video content.
* Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
