About the Ideal Candidate: We are looking for candidates who have proven experience working as an HLTA, particularly within SEND settings. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong understanding of SEND needs, effective behaviour management skills, and the ability to support students with a variety of learning requirements to achieve their full potential.
