What You’ll Do:
Every day’s different—but every day matters.
* Support people in building life skills and independence
* Help at home and out in the community
* Create meaningful connections through conversation and care
* Assist with everyday tasks—meals, appointments, routines
* Keep care plans up to date
* Be a consistent, trusted presence in someone’s life
What You Bring:
* Experience supporting people with challenging behaviour
* Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
* Patience, empathy, and a steady approach under pressure
* A team-first mindset and the confidence to take initiative
