Description
The Escapade Restaurant and Events Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing daily restaurant operations. Reporting to the restaurant manager, they will ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests by elevating food and beverage standards and supporting smooth restaurant and bar operations.
This role involves overseeing front-of-house staff, managing service standards, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and provide prompt resolutions.
* Breakfast Supervision: Oversee breakfast shifts, ensure seamless service, and assist staff to uphold high standards.
* Stock and Inventory Management: Monitor food and beverage quality, ensure safety and hygiene compliance, manage inventory, and control waste.
* Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the Restaurant and Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations, communicate concerns, and foster a positive team culture.
* Hygiene and Safety: Ensure staff compliance with health and safety regulations, verify responsible alcohol service, and update staff on policies.
* Sustainability: Promote and act on sustainability initiatives as directed by Escapade Silverstone.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels or similar lifestyle brands is desirable
* Experience in conferencing and events
* Strong, positive guest service approach
* Passion for F&B services
* Organized, able to work independently or in a team
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous
* Impeccable grooming and hygiene standards, with an elegant demeanor
* Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office
* A full clean UK driving license is desirable
