Overview
A growing cloud-first MSP is looking for a hands-on Senior Project Engineer to take ownership of both customer-facing and internal IT projects, act as a senior point of technical escalation, and contribute to the continual improvement of their technical delivery function. This is an ideal role for a technically well-rounded engineer who thrives in a customer-facing hybrid environment and enjoys variety across project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
* Deploying and managing Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint
* Supporting internal IT transformation initiatives
* Acting as a senior 3rd line escalation point for complex technical issues
* Collaborating with project managers, technical leads, and service desk teams
* Producing high-quality documentation and supporting continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack
* Solid background in Server infrastructure
* Azure IaaS knowledge: virtual machines, storage, virtual networks
* Knowledge of networking and firewalls
* Proven experience delivering projects in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to escalations
* Excellent communication and client engagement skills
