The Role

This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can:

* Liaising with our world-class customers through emails, messaging, phone & providing accurate information & support
* Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently & professionally
* Maintain customer satisfaction to our world-class Trust Pilot rating
* Building long term relationships with new & existing customers
* Perform data entry to maintain customer service delivery times
* Tracking & resolving issues with our courier

Job Type: Full-time
