* Job Title: Paid Digital Media Senior Analyst
* Clients: Charities and socially positive organisations
* Duration: Permanent
* Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am to 4pm)
* Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 per annum
* Holiday: 35 days per annum inc. bank holidays. Increasing to 38 days after 2 years.

* Flexibility: Hybrid working and flexible hours
* Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire, HP5 1PS (on the Metropolitan Line outside London). Optional 2 days remote work.

Position Overview
Seeking a talented Paid Digital Media Senior Analyst with a passion for data and digital marketing. Reporting to the Paid Media Director, you will develop and implement strategies across channels including Paid Search, Social Media Ads, and Programmatic Display for clients, mainly charities. You should have a strong understanding of data, attention to detail, and experience in digital advertising.

Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, Shopping Ads, Video Ads, Programmatic Display, and Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Spotify).
* Advise on paid media strategies for charity sector campaigns.
* Analyze campaign data and derive insights.
* Support and guide the Paid Media team and develop their skills.
* Maintain strong client relationships.
* Assist in new business activities.
Requirements
* Agency or in-house digital experience, preferably in the charity sector.
* Expertise in Paid Search, Display, and Paid Social.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
* Passion for data and results-driven marketing.
* Experience with tracking tags and pixels.
* Strong client management skills.
* Problem-solving mindset.
* Agile approach to client needs.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Scripting/coding skills are a plus.
* Experience with programmatic advertising is an advantage.
