About the Role
Are you an experienced administrator with strong leadership and organisational skills? This school is looking for a dedicated School Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the school office, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and excellent service to staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the school’s administrative functions to ensure a well-organised and effective office environment.
* Lead and support the office team, allocating tasks and overseeing workloads.
* Oversee student admissions, attendance records, and attendance records, and school data management systems.
* Handle communication with parents, staff, and external partners, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Manage financial administration, including invoicing, budget tracking, and procurement processes.
* Assist with HR functions, such as recruitment processes, payroll coordination, and compliance.
* Ensure the school office operates in accordance with policies, safeguarding measures, and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in school administration or office management.
* Strong leadership abilities with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in school management software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, and compliance requirements.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
