We need an experienced Electrician to join our talented Repairs and Maintenance team based in Market Harborough. Responsibilities
* Deliver day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance and installation work.
Qualifications and Experience
* Team player, hard working and keen to learn with a can‑do attitude.
* Friendly, approachable, with good communication and customer service skills, and ability to work in people's homes.
* Organised and able to recognise the importance of delivering work right the first time.
* Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification.
* Knowledge of the 18th Edition regulation.
* Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting.
* Experience of working in property maintenance for a social landlord, housing association or council.
* Full driving licence – must be valid and up-to-date.
* Completion of a DBS check (required for working in customers' homes).
