We are currently seeking a skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team and support a key client—a multinational leader in the Credit Insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support project managers during planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
* Manage financial processes: requisitions, budgets, and time registration.
* Maintain effective documentation: project plans, RAID logs, meeting notes, all updated in SharePoint/Teams.
* Control and audit project deliverables per governance standards.
* Coordinate communication within and outside teams, facilitate updates and meetings.
* Take meeting minutes, track actions and decisions.
* Collaborate with Portfolio Management to align reporting and tracking.
* Identify areas for improvement and promote best practices across projects.
Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
* Experience in project or program support roles.
* Understanding of delivery frameworks, financial tracking, and documentation standards.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Advanced analytical and budgeting skills.
* Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
* Intermediate Spanish and/or other languages (German, Italian).
* Stakeholder coordination and conflict resolution skills.
* Experience managing multiple projects and teams concurrently.
