Restaurant Manager
The Chester Fields is a stunning and conveniently located Country Pub & Restaurant just outside of Chester and we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team. Set in a great area with stunning views, with a strong focus on locally sourced and freshly prepared produce we are a very popular place.
We are looking for someone who has the drive, initiative and passion to take the business to the next level.
Experience in a fast paced, fresh food environment necessary. Experience in large functions preferred, but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
Working with the Operations Manager and Head Chef to drive the business
Organisation of the team and rotas in a cost effective way
Ensuring the best guest journey is delivered at all times
Managing the Restaurant and supporting Bar Manager
Setting standards and monitoring to ensure procedures followed
Working with Sales & Events Manager to ensure service delivery of events
Ideally you will have:
At least 2 years' experience as either an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager
Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and Risk Assessments
Working on own initiative
Genuine passion for the industry
Own transport is necessary
