Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary but include:
* Managing email marketing campaigns, segmenting databases, and maximising revenue from CRM
* Copywriting and designing emails to promote events like webinars and conferences (with support from our Graphic Designer)
* Learning and improving future campaigns and strategies
* Acquiring and activating reactive leads
* Coordinating with Content and Sales teams to reach target audiences
* Selling tickets and managing our marketing inbox to drive registrations
What we expect from you
You should have an outstanding work ethic, high urgency, and a relentless drive to excel. Ownership, proactivity, humility, and passion for building and executing new businesses are essential. Additionally, you should:
* Hold a bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results
* Possess a UK work permit
* Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
* Be an excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, with attention to detail

Flexible. We work from our office next to Victoria Station Monday to Friday, with no remote work options.
