Job Title: Principal Educational Psychologist and Head of Inclusion Support Services
Salary:£69,399 to £73,412 per annum, plus up to 3 SPA points
37 Hours per Week

We are looking for an experienced Educational Psychologist with good interpersonal and communication skills who is ready to step up into a Principal Educational Psychologist role. You will be responsible for supporting Educational Psychologists, Complex Communications Team, Early Years Area SENDCOs, Hearing and Visual impairment service and wider team members. You will lead on the strategic development of identified areas of practice.
About the Role;
Our Educational Psychology and Inclusion Support Services team provides a wide range of interventions and projects within schools and Early Years Settings.In this role you would be expected to provide a good balance of statutory and traded work across preventative and statutory duties.We need someone who has the ambition, drive and knowledge to make a difference, to expand and influence further service developments to enhance the educational journey of those Children and Young People with SEND.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver a varied mix of innovative work with partners, statutory work, and a traded offer to schools.
* Shape local practice, working in partnership with schools and partners to drive inclusion and improve SEND practice.
* Develop the traded service alongside our statutory work.
