We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join the Front Office team of our newly opened 19-room luxury boutique hotel in London, offering a personalised and high-end experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcoming guests and handling check-in/check-out procedures
* Answering guest inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly
* Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
* Ensuring the reception area is always tidy and presentable
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate front desk records
* Supporting the guest experience with attention to detail and professionalism
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
* Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) preferred
* Positive attitude, team spirit, and problem-solving mindset
Pay & Benefits:
