Joining our family as a Hire Customer Apprentice, you’ll help customers find the tools they need and arrange hiring contracts. It could be anything from earth-movers to drills, but safety will always be your priority. With your support and fantastic service, you’ll have customers singing our praises.
Hours of work: Our branches are open Monday - Friday from 7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturdays from 7.30am - 12.00pm. You will work 42.5 hours per week on a shift pattern during these hours and will be required to work every other Saturday morning.

Support and Development: From the start, you’ll be supported through our Certificate in Hire Programme, a 12-month Apprenticeship designed to equip you with the necessary skills. During this program, you’ll learn about our safety culture, tool servicing and maintenance, and the products and services we provide. Study time is included in your working hours, and we offer coaching, mentoring, and training to support your career growth. Opportunities for further development are available within our suite of Apprenticeship programmes, potentially leading to roles up to the Boardroom.
