The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Recruitment Advisor to join our team. As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and enrolling prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and facilitating their transition to becoming enrolled students while providing exceptional customer service.
What The Role Involves
* Track enquiries, applications and admissions data, and manage student recruitment pipelines.
* Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
* Engage prospective students via phone, email and virtual platforms, nurturing leads.
* Offer information, advice and guidance on Student Finance and available financial support.
* Assist with special projects and initiatives related to student recruitment and enrolment management.
About You
* Sales ac – identify needs and recommend suitable programmes.
* Strong communication skills across in‑person, phone, email and virtual platforms.
* Exceptional customer service – address enquiries, concerns and needs promptly and professionally.
* Active listening – tailor solutions and support to prospective students.
* Closing skills – guide prospective students through the enrolment process and overcome objections.
* Time management – prioritise tasks, follow up and meet recruitment goals within deadlines.
* Goal orientation – set ambitious targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them.
* Resilience and persistence – maintain motivation to meet recruitment targets.
* In‑depth knowledge of GBS programmes, admissions requirements and career outcomes.
