We are recruiting for a sales coordinator to join the wholesale division for this iconic brand in central London on a part-time basis (3 days a week). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support the sales team by efficiently managing orders, stock, and shipments on a global scale, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless operations. Key responsibilities include processing orders and returns via ERP systems (Infor M3), coordinating stock allocation, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. You’ll also respond promptly to customer inquiries and work to resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have experience of customer-facing, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, a passion for textiles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with fabric knowledge and fluency in a second language are a plus. This role offers a competitive salary of £18k annually.
